Monday & Friday: always kids (×3, ages 6/8/10) — ingredients scaled for 4
Saturday & Sunday: follow the weekend toggle — ingredients swap automatically
BBQ every Saturday — salmon and chicken
Batch cook Thursdays and every other Sunday
